The 6th Glastonbury Fringe will be series of independently produced local performances and workshops – music, dance, drama, comedy, poetry, crafts, film and art all over town, in dozens of Glastonbury venues, large and small – as well as every afternoon under the Fringe marquee in town centre, by the Market Cross during the period Friday 9th – 21st June.
Whilst at first glance this may look like a typical 10 days in Glastonbury (which is a good indication of how just how much goes on in the town), on closer investigation you’ll find that the usual programme has been much expanded. This great (non) festival has become an annual event.
(Emerging) Full programme details can be found here.
The Fringe launch party is on June 9th with an evening of entertainment at Glastonbury Abbey. Details of the event can be found here.
