Glastonbury 2010 Imbolc Celebrations

Imbolc at Bridie’s Yard – Saturday 30th January 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
A gathering for a gentle celebration and an honouring of Community Spirit with a fire, food, ambient music and people-play. Suggested donation £5 adults, £2 for children or £10 for a family. All proceeds to the Bridie’s Yard New Carpet Fund!

Bridie’s Ambient Imbolc Celebration, Bridies Yard, Northover Buildings, Beckery Old Rd - Sunday 31st January 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
A warm cosy Sunday afternoon with fire, food, friends, family & fun. Bring your kids & grannies for an afternoon of ambient dj’s, arts & crafts, and a community imbolc ceremony (to take place before dark). Donations welcome – proceeds to flooring fund

Imbolc Celebration – White Spring, Wellhouse Lane, Monday 1st February 11:00 am – 12:00 pm (doors open 10.00am)

First Stirring – Chalice Well Gardens, Monday 1st February 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Imbolc Annual Pilgrimage – Monday 1st February 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
As usual the Annual Pilgrimage on the 1st of February from the White Spring and Chalice Well will begin at 1pm from the small disabled car park at the front of the Chalice Well Gardens and process through Glastonbury and out along the Portchestall Drove to Cradle Bridge, where we will follow the public footpath to the Bride’s Well Stone and then onto the Mound itself by 2pm for the Imbolc ceremony.
